How does the lesson confirmation process work?

New users

  • At the time of your purchase, one lesson request will be sent to the instructor you chose at purchase. This uses one "lesson credits" from the total number of credits (lessons) you purchased.
  • Once your instructor receives your request, they will respond via email within 24 hours with a lesson proposal based on the information you provided when booking your lesson.
  • You may then "accept" the lesson proposal from the email you receive, and be all set (you may need to log in to your Tennisbloc account), or send a counter-proposal until both parties have settled on the best time to meet.
  • Once you "accept" the instructors proposed time, you will receive a lesson confirmation email indicating you are all set. (note- You may also request a lesson at any time after purchase from your user profile under your "my lessons" tab.)

Returning users

If you are "buying more credits", you can send a lesson request as described above from your profile under "my lessons", OR you may optionally communicate with your and have them schedule your lesson without you needing to "accept" the time. In this case, you may contact your instructor directly to confirm the time that works best for you and they can automatically schedule and confirm from there end.


How can I contact my instructor?

Once you have booked your lesson package, you will immediately receive an email confirmation and will be contacted via email within 24 hours by your instructor with either a lesson confirmation or a counter-proposal. If for any reason you do not hear from your instructor, you can contact us directly at info@tennisbloc.com.


Can I reschedule my lesson?

Players may reschedule a lesson up to 24 hour prior to lesson. Lessons canceled by players less than 24 hours in advance will not receive their lesson credit back. If you need to cancel, simply login to your Tennisbloc account, click on your profile, then under the tab titled "my lessons", you may click "reschedule" and then provide details on when you'd like the next lesson to be, triggering a new lesson request process. This will cancel the lesson, refund your lesson credit back to your account for future use, and notify your instructor. They will then confirm or respond to your updated request until a new time is mutually solidified.


Can I switch to a different instructor?

You may switch instructors at any time or between any lessons.
